- Can I see the history of all my share purchases? Yes, in the “My Investments” section of your profile, you will find a detailed history with dates, amounts, and payment methods.
- Is the App available for both iOS and Android? Correct! You can manage your profile and investments from any mobile device.
- How do I report suspicious activity on my account? You should immediately contact our security center through the App or via email.
- Is it necessary to have the App to be a shareholder? It is recommended for receiving real-time notifications, but you can also manage everything through our web platform.
- Are my bank details stored on your servers? No. For your security, payment information is processed through encrypted gateways (like PayPal or Stripe) and is never stored by us.
- What happens to my shares if I lose my mobile phone? Your shares are safe. You simply need to log in from a new device and, for security, we recommend resetting your password.
